Judith has been Chair of Trustees since the Owlcotes Multi Academy Trust since it was founded in March 2018. She is a retired primary school headteacher who worked in West Leeds for her entire career. She worked in the same inner city primary school for over 20 years and has continued as Chair of Governors there since her retirement. The school has always been judged as good by Ofsted.

Jo is the CEO of Yorkshire Collaborative Academy Trust (YCAT) which serves a growing family of primary schools in North Yorkshire. Jo was previously Headteacher of a primary school for 10 years. As a National Leader of Education, Jo has acted as executive headteacher in schools facing challenging circumstances and supported the school improvement journeys of a wide range of other primary schools through her role of NLE and as a strategic lead of the HART Alliance. Jo is a Trustee of YCAT and is very proud to be a Member of Owlcotes.

Claire has 15 years’ experience in Management Accounting with Procter & Gamble, Walker Morris Solicitors and First Bus. She is currently working as Financial Controller at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds. Claire has experience of working closely with colleagues at all levels to improve their financial understanding and accountability for performance. She qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2006.
